About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business growth initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales acumen, proven leadership skills, and deep industry knowledge within the FMCG or retail sector. This role offers the opportunity to build strategic relationships, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales team in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

>> Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.

>> Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.

>> Design and implement trade promotions, marketing campaigns, and in-store activations to boost brand visibility and sales.

>> Negotiate and manage partnerships with key retailers and distributors.

>> Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.

>> Ensure efficient credit management and timely collections from customers.

>> Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

>> Provide regular market insights and sales reports to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Required:

>> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

>> Proven experience in sales leadership within the FMCG or retail industry.

>> Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

>> Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.

>> In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian retail and distribution landscape.

Preferred:

>> Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care product categories.

>> Prior experience managing large sales teams and distributor networks.

>> Fluency in Arabic and English.

>> Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
