About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by developing and maintaining client relationships within the hospitality sector. This role emphasizes consultative, project-based selling to hotels, resorts, and pre-opening properties. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional who understands bespoke product development and thrives in an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

>> Prospect and acquire new clients within the hospitality industry

>> Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel managers and procurement teams

>> Manage assigned sales territories and identify new market opportunities

>> Expand the customer base through strategic business targeting

>> Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

>> Negotiate contracts and close sales with corporate hotel clients

>> Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

>> Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and follow-up actions

>> Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations

>> Monitor competitor activities and identify growth opportunities

>> Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and hospitality networking events

>> Coordinate with internal design and production teams to fulfill bespoke client requirements

>> Provide accurate technical input and transparent communication to ensure customer satisfaction

>> Maintain a consultative, solution-provider approach in all client interactions

Qualifications

>> Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

>> 3–5 years of experience in bespoke product or hospitality sales

>> Proven record of direct selling to hotel clients and pre-opening properties

>> Valid UAE driving license

>> Strong project-oriented and outdoor sales experience

Skills and Competencies

>> Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

>> Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales software

>> Strong understanding of hotel operations and purchasing processes

>> Entrepreneurial attitude with a consultative sales mindset

>> Ability to translate client vision into actionable product specifications

>> Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
