Outbound Tele Sales Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Tele Sales Specialist to join the sales team of one of our clients in Dubai. The role involves generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into clients. This position requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads.

Research and identify potential clients in target markets and industries.

Maintain an accurate and updated prospect database.

Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone.

Qualify leads using effective questioning and needs assessment.

Follow up on warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Record all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.

Collaborate with the sales team to arrange demos and appointments.

Handle objections professionally and provide effective solutions.

Stay updated on company products, services, and market trends.

Prepare sales activity and performance reports.

Contribute insights to sales strategy and market feedback.
Requirements

2–3 years of experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or inside sales.

Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and active listening skills in English.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales database management.

Experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT or technology services.

Resilience in handling rejection while staying motivated.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Knowledge of digital transformation/IT solutions is an advantage.
