About the Role

We are seeking HVAC Service Sales Engineers to join the team of one of our clients in the UAE. This role focuses on promoting and selling HVAC service solutions (not equipment), including annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) and retrofit services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical sales experience, a consultative approach, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell HVAC service contracts, AMC, and retrofit solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities and actively follow up on leads.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

  • Conduct site visits to assess service needs and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Maintain regular client engagement to ensure satisfaction and identify new requirements.

  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and manage the sales pipeline.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field (preferred).

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC service sales (not equipment).

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC service offerings and client requirements.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Valid UAE driving license.

  • Fluency in English (Arabic-speaking candidates preferred).
