About the Role

As an HVAC Service Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling HVAC service solutions. You will assess client needs, provide consultative recommendations, and drive sales growth through strategic account management. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with technical knowledge and strong sales expertise in the HVAC services domain.

Key Responsibilities

>> Promote and sell HVAC service contracts, AMCs, and retrofit solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

>> Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads proactively.

>> Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts effectively.

>> Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

>> Conduct site visits to assess service needs and recommend suitable solutions.

>> Maintain regular client engagement to ensure satisfaction and identify new requirements.

>> Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

>> Maintain accurate records of sales activities and manage the sales pipeline.

>> Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications

>> Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).

>> Minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC service sales (not equipment).

>> Strong knowledge of HVAC service offerings and client requirements.

>> Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

>> Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

>> Valid UAE driving license.

>> Fluency in English (Arabic-speaking candidates preferred).
