About the Role

We are seeking a technically qualified and experienced HVAC Service Operations Manager to lead the service department for one of our clients in Dubai. The role requires strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, proven experience in operations management, and the ability to drive profitability while ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department.
Lead, mentor, and develop service technicians with training and performance feedback.
Oversee scheduling of all service activities including maintenance, repairs, and emergency responses.
Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Drive customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and effective communication.
Resolve escalated client issues and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and ensure operational profitability.
Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and maximize P&L performance.
Oversee inventory, tools, and vehicle maintenance for the service team.
Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and negotiate costs.
Conduct quality and safety audits across service operations.
Support pricing strategies and service contract development.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent HVAC qualification (Mandatory).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC service operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, and repair protocols.
Proven P&L management experience (Mandatory).
Proficiency in service management software.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license.
Knowledge of UAE safety and compliance regulations.
