About the Role
As an HVAC Service Operations Manager, you will lead the service department, overseeing daily operations, driving profitability, and ensuring service excellence. You will manage a team of technicians, streamline workflows, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. This role is ideal for a technically qualified professional with proven operations management and leadership experience in HVAC services.
Key Responsibilities
>> Manage day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department.
>> Lead, mentor, and develop service technicians through training and performance feedback.
>> Oversee scheduling of maintenance, repair, and emergency service activities.
>> Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and company policies.
>> Drive customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and effective communication.
>> Resolve escalated client issues and maintain strong client relationships.
>> Monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and ensure operational profitability.
>> Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and maximize P&L performance.
>> Oversee inventory, tools, and vehicle maintenance for the service team.
>> Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and negotiate costs.
>> Conduct quality and safety audits across service operations.
>> Support pricing strategies and service contract development.
Qualifications
>> Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent HVAC qualification.
>> Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC service operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
>> Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, and repair protocols.
>> Proven P&L management experience (mandatory).
>> Proficiency in service management software.
>> Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
>> Valid UAE driving license.
>> Knowledge of UAE safety and compliance regulations.
