We are hiring an accomplished General Manager to take overall ownership of an industrial engineering and manufacturing business covering operations, production, sales, business development and organizational growth.

🎯 The Mandate:
▪️ Lead overall business and operational performance
▪️ Strengthen organizational structure, systems, SOPs and KPIs
▪️ Oversee Production, Engineering, Fabrication and Workshop operations
▪️ Drive sales growth, new customer acquisition and key accounts
▪️ Improve productivity, delivery performance and profitability
▪️ Build and develop a strong second line of management
▪️ Reduce operational bottlenecks, wastage and inefficiencies

✅ Ideal Candidate:
✔️ 15+ years in industrial/manufacturing/fabrication environments
✔️ Previous GM / Operations Manager / Factory Manager experience
✔️ Strong exposure to machining and fabrication operations
✔️ Proven business development and commercial leadership capabilities
✔️ Experience building systems, teams, processes and accountability
✔️ Strong UAE/GCC industrial experience preferred
We are particularly interested in leaders who can build a scalable business rather than simply manage daily operations.

🕐 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
📅 Monday–Saturday | Sunday Off
