We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HVAC projects, ensuring successful execution, commercial control, and timely delivery.

🔹 Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management, business development, commercial coordination, execution, and successful completion of HVAC projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete HVAC project lifecycle from planning to execution
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies
• Handle client coordination, commercial aspects, and contract management
• Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and manpower planning
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate design, material submittals, and technical documentation
• Manage procurement, material planning, and delivery coordination
• Ensure timely approvals, permits, and project documentation
• Monitor project progress, risks, and ensure on-time delivery
• Lead testing, commissioning, and project handover
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and client satisfaction

🔹 Key Skills & Requirements
• Strong experience in HVAC project management
• Knowledge of project planning, budgeting & execution
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems
• Experience in commercial coordination & contract management
