Prime Strategy Consultants is looking for a results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
💼 Experience: 2–3 years
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance
✔️ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking & headhunting
✔️ Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments
✔️ Coordinate interviews and maintain timely follow-ups
✔️ Manage offer negotiations and candidate closures
✔️ Build strong talent pipelines across multiple sectors
✔️ Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports

🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ 2–3 years of recruitment experience
✅ Recruitment consultancy / agency experience preferred
✅ Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & coordination skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
✅ Knowledge of the UAE recruitment market is an advantage
