We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager for a leading diversified business group in Qatar.

📍 Location: Head Office, Qatar
💰 Salary: QAR 20,000 – 25,000
🏢 Industry: Retail | Wholesale | Distribution | Restaurant Operations

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and coordinate multi-division business operations
✅ Oversee retail, wholesale, distribution, and restaurant operations
✅ Monitor sales, profitability, expenses, inventory, supply chain, and KPIs
✅ Support strategic planning, budgeting, and business growth initiatives
✅ Lead department heads and operational teams
✅ Drive process improvement, compliance, and operational excellence

Requirements:
🔹 MBA in Operations, Finance, or IT Management is mandatory
🔹 Minimum 15 years of GCC experience
🔹 Strong experience in multi-outlet / multi-division operations
🔹 Experience in at least 2 areas: retail, wholesale, distribution, or restaurant operations
🔹 Strong leadership, reporting, financial analysis, and coordination skills
🔹 Sponsorship change is mandatory
🔹 Immediate joiners preferred
