We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead production operations for an established industrial engineering and manufacturing company specializing in machining, fabrication, spare parts manufacturing, hydraulics, repair and reconditioning.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Manage end-to-end production planning and execution
▪️ Oversee fabrication, CNC/conventional machining and workshop operations
▪️ Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Stores, QC and Production teams
▪️ Monitor production schedules, manpower and machine utilization
▪️ Identify bottlenecks and ensure jobs meet committed delivery dates
▪️ Drive productivity, quality, accountability and shop-floor discipline

✅ Ideal Candidate:
✔️ 12+ years of industrial production/manufacturing experience
✔️ Strong experience in fabrication + machine shop environments
✔️ Knowledge of CNC machining, fabrication and engineering drawings
✔️ Exposure to hydraulics and mechanical repair/reconditioning preferred
✔️ Strong production planning and shop-floor leadership skills
✔️ UAE or Saudi industrial experience strongly preferred

🕐 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
📅 Monday–Saturday | Sunday Off
