Key Responsibilities
On-Chain Analytics & Innovation
- Develop blockchain transaction monitoring and risk assessment methodologies
- Implement advanced anomaly detection systems for regulatory oversight
- Integrate on-chain analytics tools for enhanced supervisory capabilities
- Provide data-driven insights to compliance, enforcement, and policy teams
Digital Transformation
- Drive adoption of advanced regulatory technologies organization-wide
- Serve as digital product owner for analytics solutions
- Foster data-driven culture and manage organizational change
- Lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
Data Governance & Security
- Establish frameworks for on-chain data collection, storage, and analysis
- Develop dashboards for supervision officers and senior management
- Ensure compliance with international data protection standards
- Align policies with emerging blockchain risks
Strategic Partnerships
- Build partnerships with blockchain analytics providers and technology vendors
- Engage with international regulatory bodies on best practices
- Provide expert training on blockchain analytics for risk-based supervision
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Data Science, Finance, or related field
- Extensive executive experience in regulatory technology or blockchain analytics
- Proven track record in digital transformation within regulatory/financial services
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and digital asset ecosystems
