About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Tele Sales Specialist to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls. You will identify prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into clients, contributing directly to the growth of the sales organization. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals with strong communication skills and a track record of meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities

>> Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads.

>> Research and identify potential clients in target markets and industries.

>> Maintain an accurate and updated prospect database.

>> Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone.

>> Qualify leads using effective questioning and needs assessment.

>> Follow up on warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.

>> Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

>> Record all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.

>> Collaborate with the sales team to arrange demos and appointments.

>> Handle objections professionally and provide effective solutions.

>> Stay updated on company products, services, and market trends.

>> Prepare sales activity and performance reports.

>> Contribute insights to sales strategy and provide market feedback.

Qualifications

>> 2–3 years of experience in tele-calling, tele-marketing, or inside sales.

>> Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

>> Excellent communication and active listening skills in English.

>> Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

>> Proficiency in CRM software and sales database management.

>> Experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT or technology services.

>> Resilience in handling rejection while staying motivated.

>> Strong organizational and time-management skills.

>> Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

>> Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

>> Knowledge of digital transformation or IT solutions is an advantage.

>> Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

>> Number of qualified leads generated per month.

>> Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.

>> Monthly sales revenue achieved.
