STORE MANAGER – VALUE RETAIL
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage a team of Assistant Store Managers*, Supervisors and Sales Associates.
Set daily targets for the team and ensure that it is achieved consistently by maintaining efficient store operation.
Persistently achieve store targets in terms of Turnover, Margin Volume, Shrinkage and Safe Operations
Conduct trainings to make the Supervisors autonomous in management of store
Complete analysis of the seasonal sales and forecasting for the better future based on historical data, trend analysis, seasonal change, etc.
Check the compliance of merchandise flow procedures (Direct orders, Defectives, Internal Consumption, Discounts, Legal, Markdown, Recall).
Manage the P&L and regulate the expenditure by prioritizing actions
Conduct monthly debriefs of supervisors to discuss performance of business and self
Support the the HR team to recruit right profiles to fulfil requirements of the store
Focus on analyzing and debriefing about the inventory results with actions to decrease shrinkage/pilferage
Propose the yearly budget for the store every financial year with focus on revenue and expenditure
Conduct regular store audits with the team to ensure excellent customer shopping experience.
Continually optimize the processes and develop customer service productivity (Front desk management, Handling of Merchandise/Stock and Fixtures and Customer checkout efficiency and more)
