Executive Assistant
Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support our management team and contribute to the smooth running of our office operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
2. Make proper documentation of data and maintain filing systems
3. Organize and prioritize daily tasks for executives
4. Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting materials
5. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
6. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
7. Arrange travel and accommodation for executives
8. Assist in event planning and coordination
9. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
10. Act as a liaison between executives and other staff members or external contacts
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role (secretary, receptionist, or assistant)
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Discretion and confidentiality
Professional demeanor and presentation
