Job Overview:
We are a premium food products company specializing in high-quality edible goods, including nuts, pulses, dates, chocolates, and spices. Your role will be critical in managing our extensive roastery operations and ensuring top-tier product quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage operations across 20 roastery stalls in Dubai and Ajman
Implement and optimize operational processes
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality control standards
Supervise and develop staff to maintain exceptional operational performance
Coordinate supplier relationships and inventory management
Track and report on critical operational performance metrics
Collaborate across departments to drive seamless business operations

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in roastery or flour mill operations
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
In-depth knowledge of food processing techniques
Expert in operational planning and resource management
Valid UAE driving license
Excellent English communication skills
Malayalam language skills (advantageous)
