Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced OperaBons Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and effective execution of our eco-friendly car wash
services across various locations, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

1. OperaBonal Planning and Management:
o Develop and implement strategies to optimize our mobile car wash units’ operations.
o Ensure seamless service delivery that meets quality standards and customer expectations.
o Coordinate operations across various service locations including apartments, office complexes,
shopping malls, and public parking lots.

2. Team Leadership and Supervision:
o Manage and supervise operational staff, including site managers, scheduling coordinators, and
cleaning specialists.
o Ensure staff are well-trained in eco-friendly cleaning methods and motivated to perform according to
company standards.

3. Process OpBmizaBon:
o ConBnuously analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
o Implement new systems and processes to support our WhatsApp booking system and mobile
operations.

4. Resource Management:
o Manage the allocation of personnel and equipment to maximize efficiency across different service
locations.
o Oversee the inventory of eco-friendly cleaning supplies to ensure resources are always available
without overstocking.

5. Quality Control and Environmental Compliance:
o Monitor operational procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and environmental
regulations.
o Implement regular quality checks and corrective measures as needed.

6. Customer Service and Engagement:
o Work closely with the customer service team to resolve operational issues and maintain high
customer satisfaction.
o Ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into operational planning and improvements.

7. ReporBng and DocumentaBon:
o Maintain comprehensive records of operational processes, including employee performance,
inventory levels, and quality audits.
o Provide regular reports to senior management on operational acBviBes, progress, and sustainability
metrics.

QualificaBons:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the car wash or related service industry.
• Strong understanding of eco-friendly cleaning processes and quality control management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on mobile and on-demand services.
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise in waterless car washing techniques.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced, mobile service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse
stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to eco-friendly business practices and sustainability.
• Bachelor’s degree in OperaBons Management, Business administration, or related field.
