Compensation Package
Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month

The Role
We seek a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and serve as a critical bridge between the CEO and various departments, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management
- Manage CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and commitments
- Coordinate all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them
- Ensure CEO is prepared for all meetings with necessary materials and briefings
Communications & Correspondence
- Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive communications with discretion
- Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and meeting requests
- Draft, review, and edit executive communications and presentations
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO
Liaison & Coordination
- Serve as primary liaison between CEO and department heads
- Facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Meeting & Event Management
- Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas and supporting materials
- Create executive presentations and reports
- Take minutes and track action items from executive meetings
- Organize company events and executive functions
Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors
- Represent the CEO professionally in external communications
- Coordinate with external stakeholders on CEO’s behalf
- Facilitate introductions and maintain executive network
Office Operations
- Oversee executive office operations and administrative functions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage confidential files and documentation
- Handle expense reports and budget tracking for executive office
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as Executive Assistant or in similar senior administrative role
- MANDATORY: Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in electronics/technology industry preferred
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with project management tools and systems
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
