Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our client portfolio and strengthen our position as a premier recruitment consultancy in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the recruitment industry and a deep understanding of the regional talent landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to acquire new clients across our target industries
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
3. Identify market opportunities and create tailored recruitment solutions for potential clients
4. Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
5. Generate and qualify new business leads through networking, events, and strategic partnerships
6. Prepare and present compelling proposals and recruitment solutions to prospective clients
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage
8. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
9. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and business development activities

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
2. Minimum 2 years of business development experience in recruitment consultancy or HR services
3. Proven track record of achieving business development targets in the recruitment industry
4. Strong understanding of various industries including Banking, FMCG, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Technology
5. Excellent knowledge of the UAE and Middle East recruitment market
6. Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
7. Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
