About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client relationships, coordinating product requirements, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with an interest in the hospitality sector and a passion for delivering client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

>> Assist the sales team in client prospecting and relationship management.

>> Organize sales documentation, proposals, and client communications.

>> Maintain and update CRM systems with client and sales data.

>> Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.

>> Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations.

Client Engagement

>> Handle initial client inquiries for hospitality products.

>> Support coordination of technical consultations and product development.

>> Track client requirements from concept to delivery.

>> Liaise between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication.

Product & Market Support

>> Conduct market research on hospitality industry trends.

>> Assist product development by gathering client requirements.

>> Maintain and organize product design catalogs.

>> Manage sample preparation and client follow-ups.

Operational Coordination

>> Schedule sales meetings and client interactions.

>> Prepare and process sales contracts and orders.

>> Support logistics for trade shows and hospitality events.

>> Assist in maintaining product optimization processes.

Qualifications

>> Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.

>> 1–2 years’ experience in sales support or hospitality-related administration.

>> Strong understanding of hospitality products and operations.

>> Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales/CRM software.
