Sales or BD Professional
Job Summary:
Our client- a hotel suppliers’ company, are looking for a Sales professional with 3-5 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will develop client relationships, meet sales targets, and expand their customer base. Key responsibilities include presenting our product lines, negotiating contracts, and staying current with industry trends. Strong communication skills, knowledge of hotel operations, and a proven sales track record are essential for success in this role.
Key Requirements:
• Male Candidates preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in bespoke selling within the hospitality industry (Mandatory)
• The ideal candidate possesses a solution-oriented approach, excels in outdoor sales and project-oriented selling, and has a proven track record of direct selling to corporate hotel clients and preopening hotels.
• Familiarity with a wide range of hotel products including crockery, cutlery, tableware, food products, amenities, linens, and housekeeping items is essential.
• Experience with made-to-order products is crucial as this role does not involve stock management
• Valid UAE driving license
Responsibilities:
1. Client prospecting and acquisition
2. Building and maintaining relationships with hotel managers and purchasing departments
3. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations
4. Negotiating contracts and closing deals
5. Meeting sales targets and quotas
6. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
7. Attending trade shows and industry events
8. Collaborating with internal teams for customer support and product development
9. Managing sales territories effectively
10. Preparing sales reports and forecasts

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
