Position Overview:
As the Front Desk Manager, you will be the face of our dynamic fitness studio, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your role is critical in delivering an outstanding client experience and supporting the studio’s professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact, welcoming clients and visitors with a professional and positive approach
Manage class schedules, client bookings, and appointments using advanced studio management software
Handle client inquiries, registrations, and maintain accurate client records
Process payments, manage cash handling, and prepare financial reports
Coordinate with instructors, manage schedules, and support studio events
Maintain the reception area and studio spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in fitness/wellness
Strong computer literacy and proficiency with management software
Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
Proven organizational and multitasking capabilities
Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fitness studios or wellness centers
Basic understanding of the fitness industry
Social media management skills
Fundamental accounting knowledge
First aid certification
