Regional HRBP
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Job Summary:
As a Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will oversee the implementation of corporate HR initiatives across a region of 10 retail stores. Your primary focus will be ensuring alignment with corporate directives and objectives in talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, career development, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional HR Coordination: Ensure consistent implementation of corporate HR strategies across the region.
Talent Acquisition Oversight: Monitor recruitment processes for all stores in the region.
Onboarding and Induction Standards: Develop and standardize onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Training and Development: Identify regional training needs and coordinate appropriate programs.
Performance Management: Ensure uniform performance management practices across the region.
Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives at the regional level.
Career and Succession Planning: Support stores in crafting career plans for employees and identifying potential successors for critical roles.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Over 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in KSA.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HR management software and systems.
Experience in leading and managing teams.
