Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our roastery operations across Dubai and Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food processing, particularly in roastery or flour mill operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the operations of 20 roastery stalls across Dubai and Ajman
Ensure compliance with quality control measures and food safety standards
Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory
Supervise and train staff to maintain high operational standards
Implement and maintain efficient processes to enhance productivity
Monitor and report on operational performance metrics
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth overall business operations

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in roastery or flour mill operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of food processing techniques and quality control
Proficiency in operational planning and resource management
Valid UAE driving license
Fluency in English; Malayalam language proficiency is a plus
